For those of you who are familiar with it, I don't think I need to explain - but for those of you who don't know - The new room of scrutiny is a forum where you get to put your characters from your comic/story in a room full of other characters from many different comics/stories. Twice a month they get asked different questions.
I made a personal goal that I accomplished last month of drawing all of the characters in this forum out. It was difficult at times, but I'm happy I did that. Mostly I wanted to do this to practice other's art styles but also it just felt right. I've also added and taken away characters in this room quite a few times. But it fun having some of my main cast all get a turns with different questions. It's helped me figure out their personalities - which, if you a writer/creator, ect. you know this can be a real project at times. Out of all the extra things I am involved with on Comic Fury, this has been my favorite. Working along side some very creative and talented artists has been a pleasure.
Now I have the villain's of my comic in this room and they are the most puzzling characters in Promised Memories because I haven't given them a ton of thought. This next question that was asked on the 15th is about what they like to do in their spare time. These three adults will answer it and I have a general idea of how to answer but I'm still thinking it over. I want them to have depth but also I don't know about diving too deep into their pasts just yet.
Anyway, I just wanted to take a moment to write about this fun little side project I do from time to time.
