Out of all the comics I read and keep up with on Comic Fury, this is a darker and heavier one. I do have to say if you have a weak stomach to take this wonderful series in with caution! There is a-lot of violence, gore, ect. Just to be ready for that may be wise. It's all part of the story and I couldn't image someone else creating such scenes and such a story as well as mister.dino01.

The artwork that comes from mister.dino01 is both haunting and beautiful at the same time. There are parts - especially in the first few pages of this comic series - that it feels like I was viewing a painting. The pacing and leadup to the introduction page and the prologue sets the mood right. I felt a few emotions during these pages, but in a good way! It took me away from reality as I read and got me completely into this dark and dangerous world.
Speaking of fine artwork, I must add the fighting and action scenes come right to life. When a character is in pain - I felt like the emotions and hurt were done extremely well. I found myself gritting my teeth several times throughout some of the more violent parts. "A D6 Story" felt more real than I have felt with other comics recently in this sense. mister.dino01 has a strong skill set for illustration with the leadup to fights, during the action and the aftermath.

Throughout the story the characters that are introduced are well written. They have their inner struggles and intriguing layers to them. They have enough character and personality to get you to like them enough - but at the same time I felt they have a-lot more depth for us to explore and learn about. I like their designs, they are done in an easy to follow cartoon style, but with enough details and originality that they stand out among other characters from online comics.
All of their ambitions and goals are well explained and felt. As I read along I rooted for the main protagonists, even if they felt they were on different paths. Their struggles and pain is real, as throughout the comic they go through different situations that hurt both physically and emotionally. And that seems to be a difficult thing to pull off, but mister.dino01 has made it work perfectly clear with these interesting characters introduced so far.
And when it comes to details with the backgrounds, the buildings, the setting overall in which this story takes places - that also is done with a special talent. Those scenes in which are calmer and slower, that pace sets a new calm. But if the story is picking back up again, anything goes and we the readers get put right into the thick of it! It makes for an exciting ride. Throughout "A D6 Story" fun and different perspectives and angles are done in.

So far we have 5 chapters out to enjoy from mister.dino01! I still have a bit to catch up on, but I look forward to it as I feel it's been uploading at a good pace and there is plenty to binge. If any of you are looking for a new series to explore that has a-lot of action, mystery, horror, a super hero vibe and plenty of twists and turns - I think you should give "A D6 Story" a try, chances are you won't regret it!
