#43 Ironshadows "The Alphahumans" reivew!

This science fiction - super national comic is set in the future, in a world where humanity is complacent. Where behind everything we know and are familiar with, way more may exist than we ever knew possible... even with the help of a talking cat! I think one of the best things about "The Alphahumans" is that it takes a risk with the unknown. We as the readers are thrust into a world of unknown situations with the main character and as we discover more, we also find everything in this story pleasantly mysterious.
To date there are three fantastic chapters to read from Ironshadows, so there's enough to binge on while waiting for the story to continue! Chapter four has started!
The main character is named Eris, but there are many characters to follow as the story evolves. There is the ISIA for example! They give off a special, mysterious and darker vibe I felt. The different perspectives that go down in this web comic series really make you think about the different sides, their view points and motivations. I think it's a good mix of writing that keeps us readers engaged.
As for the art, the evolution I've witnessed while reading it was impressive to say the least. I really enjoy the current art style but how it all started has a good feel to it as well. One of my favorite bits of this comic was the character designs! The way the look, their expressions, their clothes, hair and overall style - it's all nicely done. The backgrounds, character designs and details just keep getting better! When action scenes happen in "The Alphahumans", I felt them! From the blows to the dodges, all of the scenes are paced well and read smoothly. With the sound effects, they come out powerful and felt. And when it came to the magical powers being used - the effects that Ironshadows uses give off such a powerful feeling. Details like rain coming down, lights at night, shadows , different perspectives, buildings, transportation - they are all done beautifully.
From reading this series and now knowing and not knowing what is yet to come for it is exciting, I recommend it to any of you who are looking for something new. I think it's a kind of series that can please many different kinds of readers.
