Good news in the world of Wiley!

Yesterday was the big day! Mike took him to the vet and earlier that afternoon they called and told him the news we've been waiting on for for weeks now! Wiley's fracture is healing well and in two weeks he can have his splint off! He has a minor skin infection where the splint has been rubbing against his inner thigh so he is now on some antibiotics. But in 14 days we will take him back hopefully for the last time and he'll be able to go back to being his old self. We have two nearby dog parks we want to take him to. And a dog frisbee we bough back for him this past winter. On Go fund me we raised well over $300 - which is far more than we ever expected to! This has been such an experience for a dog we adopted about four months ago.
