Postal stamp update ~
I am finally at a point where I am now making lists of all the countries that I have stamps of! Remember when I mentioned this like a year ago? Even several months ago? Well it has been happening last week and this week.
For those of you who don't know - one of my favorite hobbies is collecting postal stamps! And my favorite theme is the international ones from different countries. Especially the ones that I haven't heard of before, this has been such a learning experience! And there are a good handful of countries that don't exist anymore. It's interesting to me to know what was once around.
I'm proud of myself! I do still have a-lot of stamps I've found in wrong places and that I need to also make room for some countries I have many of. I'm hoping to get this done before the end of next month, when I am going to a stamp show event. Last year having a list of countries that I had more than enough stamps helped (some countries I have like 3 - 4 full pages of stamps! Please no more! :-p). This year I'm hoping to have a list of countries that I need more stamps from! I'm off today and I hope I can get through one more album. I just have two left, the one I started last night but I was feeling tired from work and an hour of yardwork.
It's been a hobby that never stops and I think that is why I enjoy it so - it gives me purpose.
