The last week or two now (I'm terrible with time) I've been greatly enjoying the Planet Earth BBC series. I haven't looked much at the DVDS & Bluerays at my local library but did and picked up the third one that they had. Watched it and loved them all. Now I ordered the others from different libraries and have been watching them. I feel like I would like to buy these at some point, to enjoy another time on my own. Also for the sake that the world is changing at such a rapid rate that some of these creatures and environments are not the same - even through this show isn't too old (like 20 years? I guess it may be considered old depending on who you ask...) The local buy sell trade store has been very cheap used. Depending on how things go with Wiley and his vet bills I may treat myself later this summer. It's been quite a while since I liked watching something so much. The violent scenes are a bit rough through - but I get it - that's how nature goes. Overall I find them a nice way to hang out with Wiley and sort of let my mind ease off of stress while we watch. Some of the animal and nature noises get funny reactions from him. There are so many episodes! And more to watch later on about the worlds oceans that seem quite interesting.
